Bella Saffron offers two sizes of Crocus sativus bulbs. Both produce the same beautiful purple saffron flowers and the red stigmas harvested as saffron spice. The difference is the size of the planting corm.
Saffron bulbs are graded by circumference, or the measurement around the corm. Our Premium 9/10 cm bulbs measure approximately 9–10 cm around, while our Jumbo 11+ cm bulbs measure 11 cm or greater.
