Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Shipping Rates: Orders totaling $74.99 or less are charged a flat $9.99 shipping fee. Orders totaling $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Season: Fall shipping begins August 1. Orders placed before the start of our fall shipping season will be held and shipped beginning in August.

All Bella Saffron orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped so you can follow your package while it is in transit.

Bella Saffron is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier for assistance. We are happy to provide any shipment information you may need when making an inquiry with the carrier.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bellasaffron@hotmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the package and its contents so we can evaluate the issue.
