Bella Saffron began with a fascination for one remarkable flower—Crocus sativus, the saffron crocus.

After growing saffron ourselves and experiencing everything from planting the corms to watching the beautiful purple flowers emerge and harvesting the brilliant red stigmas by hand, we wanted to make it easier for other gardeners to experience the joy of growing saffron for themselves.

Today, Bella Saffron specializes in premium Crocus sativus saffron bulbs, including Premium 9/10 cm and Jumbo 11+ cm sizes, for gardeners who want to grow their own saffron at home or plant larger saffron patches.

We're a small business based in Indiana, and we believe in providing quality planting stock along with straightforward growing information to help gardeners get started with confidence.
